Top of the Rock NYC with Canon 7D Mark II

Now this is a view of New York City!  Even with the lousy weather that we have been having in New York City, Top of the Rock offers an awesome view.

Unlike One World Observatory, Top of the Rock at Rockefeller Center offers an outdoor observatory.  No window glare because there are no windows between you and the view on the top platform! No glare, none, nada!  Just whatever is in the atmosphere.  You also do not need to purchase tickets in advance.

You can easily see why Top of the Rock is my favorite photo op in NYC.  Here are some more shots.

All photos taken with the Canon 7 Mark II, Canon 17-55mm EF-S lens & Tokina AT-X 11-20mm f/2.8 Pro DX lens. ISO varies.
