You never know what you will see in NYC. I went for a walk on the Brooklyn Bridge and happened upon a photo shoot for Toby Keith. Of course, I had my 7D with me and switched between HD-Video and Stills with the flip of a switch. Considering the “official” photographer had a whole crew, I was one-man army π
This is so wonderful. Thank you for capturing this Beautiful Cowboy and for sharing it!! Hot Cowboy, wondering where this will show up in magazines.
Thanks for the comments! It was very cool to see him close-up. I think my shots came out better than the “official” photographer. π The Canon 7D is an amazing camera.
Do you know where these photos will end up/or what magazine was photographing Toby?
thanks again.
Well, I took the photos and I am open to any offers π
You should contact the magazines -American Cowboy or Country Weekly to see if they will feature your work.
Thanks for the update. I did contact both magazines and so far none are interested in the photos.
Awesome! I do the same type of slideshows in Animoto – but I love your side by side stills/video. What program does that?
This video was created using both Premiere Pro CS5 and After Effects CS5. But, I could also have used Pinnacle’s Studio HD or another program. I wanted to combine the live video from the shoot with the stills. Toby Keith is a pro and he knows which poses look best for him. He repeated the same poses multiple times which allowed me to capture both stills and video on the same Canon 7D.
