There is an annual tradition in New York City.  The night before the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, New Yorkers brave the cold night to watch the inflation of the balloons near the American Museum of Natural History.  It is a rare opportunity to see the balloons up close and see how massive they truly are.
