It’s hard to say, “bah, humbug” in New York City. Even the most jaded New Yorker enjoys the holiday spectacle. Yes, there is Rockefeller Center, but there are so many other places to see.
Over the years, I have discovered many holiday photo ops all over the city. Some are obvious, some are hard to find. This map contains the best places to visit to see the Christmas Decorations, Holiday Windows and other Seasonal Attractions.

Check back throughout the Holiday Season for photo coverage of New York’s best destinations and photo ops.
Having just walked the walk, there are some changes this year. Tiffany, Henri Bendel, Fendi skipped holiday displays this year. There is construction in front of the Time Life Building, so no train set this year. Since Hanukkah is so late this season, the World’s Largest Menorah will erected in late December. And, Bergdorf Goodman continues its anti-Christmas tradition with green gorillas this year. So, it’s not worth walking past the circus in front of Trump’s Dark Tower.
