The New York City’s Village Halloween Parade celebrated its 46th year on Thursday. Although the forcast was rain throughout the day, the evening was warm and rain-free. This year’s theme of “Wild Thing!” brought may furry, wild and scary creatures.
As for the battle of the clowns, Pennywise easily beat the Joker for most prevalent costume. Maybe it’s that red balloon.
Politics were on display. It is NYC after all. But, spirits remained high and positive.
